Responsibilities:

Team Building and Management: Build and lead a high-performance team, fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment. Encourage creativity and ensure that the team is aligned with the company’s mission and values.

Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with the development teams, including Senior Iloho App Developers and Backend Developers, ensuring the successful execution of the technological roadmap.

Product Development Oversight: Provide strategic direction for the development of Iloho’s mobile and web applications, ensuring they align with market demands and user expectations.

Market Positioning and Growth: Drive initiatives to expand Iloho’s market presence, explore new business opportunities, and ensure sustainable growth in a competitive landscape.

Partnership Development: Cultivate and nurture strategic partnerships with key industry players, tech partners, and potential collaborators to enhance Iloho’s offerings and reach.

Financial Management: Oversee financial planning and budgeting, ensuring prudent financial management and alignment with business objectives.

User-Centric Focus: Maintain a deep understanding of user needs and market trends, guiding the team to create user-centric solutions that set Iloho apart in the travel technology space.

Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Iloho in public forums, conferences, and media, serving as a charismatic spokesperson for the company’s mission and values.

Leadership Experience: Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a CEO or in a senior executive position, with a track record of driving growth and success.
