I want to visit Hangzhou, but can anybody tell me when is the best season to visit Hangzhou? And which places are worth the time and money?

High Speed Railway from Shanghai to Hangzhou

Is it just a rumor at this point or will they build another Maglev that zips you back and forth in two shakes?
