About 36 people have been injured, many seriously, in a "sudden in-flight upset" that forced a Qantas passenger jet with 303 people on board to make an emergency landing 1200 kilometres north of Perth.

What is happening to Qantas? Having been placed as the safest airline in the "Rainman", they have now had a spate of mid-flight issues from a hole in the side of the plane to now this. Sounds like they need a new fleet!
They have had 4 safety issues in the last couple of months - terrifying!
